Lifetime Exchange Policy
At Ophira, we believe your jewelry should evolve with your journey. Whether you’re upgrading your style, celebrating a new milestone, or simply changing your preferences, our Lifetime Exchange Policy gives you the freedom to do so—seamlessly and transparently.
Exchange Value Calculation
When you exchange your jewelry, the value is calculated as follows:
- Gold & Platinum: 100% of the metal weight value at the prevailing market rate*
- Diamonds: 100% of the prevailing diamond value*
- Gemstones, Silver, and Other Materials: 100% of the prevailing diamond value*
- Making Charges, Other Charges & GST: No exchange value
If any discount was applied during the original purchase on metal or stone value, that amount will be deducted from the exchange value.
Note: The credit amount is valid for up to 90 days from the date of issuance and can be redeemed on any new purchase.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@ophira.in with the following details:
- Your invoice number
- Clear photos and videos of the jewellery
- IGI certificate or diamond authenticity document
- Preferred pickup date
- Full pickup address and contact number
Pickup & Packaging Instructions
After an initial review, our team will:
- Confirm preliminary eligibility via email
- Arrange a secure pickup through our logistics partner
- A ₹1,000 shipping fee will apply for all exchange pickups
Please return the product in its original box, along with the certificate and invoice, packed securely in opaque, tamper-proof packaging.
If you opt to ship via your own courier, Ophira is not liable for any damage or loss in transit.
Quality Check & Credit Note
- Your jewelry will undergo a detailed quality inspection and diamond authentication, including UIN verification
- Upon approval, a credit note will be issued for the eligible exchange amount
- This credit can be redeemed within 90 days toward a new purchase from Ophira
Non-Eligible Items
Jewelry will not qualify for exchange if:
- It is damaged, altered, or repaired
- It fails to match the original UIN or authenticity documentation
Such items will be returned to the customer.
Ophira’s decision regarding the quality check is final and binding.
Policy Terms
- This policy applies only to domestic orders within India
- Ophira reserves the right to update the terms. Any changes for individual customers will be clearly communicated prior to purchase
