Return Eligibility:
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with authenticity certificate and invoice
- Return must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery
Return Process:
- Initiate a return by contacting our support team
- We’ll help schedule a pickup through our logistics partners (where available)
- Refund is processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
